The Compass Session is a focused one-time consultation designed around your program’s specific needs. We can use the session to work through a quality improvement goal, rating requirement, documentation challenge, accreditation question, funding opportunity, program system, or another priority your team is navigating.

Your Compass Session includes:

• Pre-session questionnaire so we can understand your program and priorities before we meet

• 60-minute virtual strategy session

• Focused review of your current challenge, goal, or area of concern

• Practical recommendations tailored to your program

• Written summary of priorities and recommended next steps

• Relevant resources or tools when applicable

• One follow-up email within 14 days for questions related to your session

Best for: Programs that need direction, a second set of eyes, or help developing a plan they can implement independently.

Founding Client Rate: $599/year (Monthly Installment Plans Available)

Quality improvement rarely happens all at once. Steady Course provides ongoing strategy and accountability throughout the year without the commitment of monthly consulting.

We’ll establish your priorities, check in quarterly to evaluate progress, troubleshoot challenges, and adjust your plan as your program evolves. Because we already know your program and goals, each conversation can build on the work you’ve already completed rather than starting over.

Steady Course includes:

• Initial program needs and priorities assessment

• Four virtual strategy sessions throughout the year

• Quarterly progress and priority review

• Ongoing quality improvement action planning

• Troubleshooting and strategy support during quarterly meetings

• Review of select documents or materials related to current priorities

• Relevant resources and recommendations

• Email support for brief questions between scheduled sessions

• Annual review and recommendations for the year ahead

• Priority scheduling for additional consulting services

Best for: Programs that can complete most implementation internally but want consistent guidance, accountability, and an outside perspective throughout the year.

Founding Client Rate: $1,200/year (Monthly Installment Plans Available)

For programs actively working toward larger goals or wanting a consistent strategic partner, Anchored Partnership provides more hands-on support throughout the year.

With monthly meetings and continued communication, we’re able to become familiar with your program, priorities, systems, and progress. That allows us to help you work through challenges as they arise instead of waiting until the next major review or deadline.

Anchored Partnership includes:

• Comprehensive initial needs and priorities assessment

• Monthly virtual strategy sessions

• Individualized quality improvement planning

• Ongoing progress monitoring and priority adjustments

• Quality rating and review preparation

• Accreditation strategy and preparation support

• Documentation and systems review

• Review and feedback on select policies, forms, records, or program materials

• Funding and incentive strategy related to quality improvement when applicable

Custom Proposal

Some projects simply don’t fit neatly into a package.

Custom consulting is available for programs that need concentrated support around a particular project, multiple locations, accreditation preparation, quality review, documentation overhaul, program systems, funding strategy, or another defined organizational need.

We’ll start by learning what you’re trying to accomplish and then develop a scope of work based on the level and type of support your program needs.

Custom consulting may include:

• Multi-site consulting and strategy

• Intensive quality improvement projects

• Rating or records review preparation

• Accreditation projects

• Documentation and systems development

• Policy and procedure development

• Staff or leadership training and support

• Funding and quality incentive strategy

• On-site support when available
